Since the management and owners work so closely with the daily operations, they are able to easily assess and make decisions on operational issues. For some of these larger projects or contracts, we have been known to purchase special equipment in order to match more appropriately the commodity being shipped, or add new service points to our continually expanding service base. The size of these operations also requires a dedicated group of individuals to monitor the customer and their account at all times, providing an enhanced customer service experience.
