The majority of our moves occur without any claims; however, reality is when moving tens of millions of pounds over millions of kilometers each year not all of the items arrive in the condition we hoped for.
For these infrequent claims, our moving consultants are highly capable of assessing damages and resolving issues. In order to file a claim, you have 60 days from the date your goods were delivered to submit a written claim.
