"My husband and I want to take this opportunity to comment on your wonderful staff that assisted us with our packing and move... [the crew] arrived on time to pack our kitchen, dining room, and art. Immediately on their arrival they put out the runners and got to work packing. They were organized and efficient. We were impressed with their friendly demeanor and willingness to please. They were patient with all our questions. They worked well as a team and we were impressed with their professionalism and sense of responsibility. When they left they shook our hands and wished us all the best in our new home. [During delivery, the crew] also listened patiently to all our questions and remained cheerful and positive throughout the day. They were horrified and apologetic when some grease got tracked onto the rugs. [One employee] immediately took responsibility and together we got a rug cleaner to come within an hour. Several hours later they figured out how the grease got tracked in. Obviously they take pride in their work and this mishap was not acceptable to them. We appreciated their professionalism and sense of responsibility. When everything was packed into the containers this team also shook our hands and wished us well in our new home."

"I am writing you in regards to one of your drivers, I must apologize I have forgotten his name. I was returning home from a formal business dinner in Williams Lake on a dark cold and windy night and wouldn't you know it I got a flat tire, being a typical woman and wearing a light coat and dress I was not prepared to change my tire even if I did know how. I reached for my cell phone and just my luck no service, thanks [cell phone provider]. I now realized I was in a bad spot and was not sure what to do so I figured the lesser of evils was to flag down a big truck and get some help. Well after trying to flag a truck for over an hour with no luck I had given up on my fellow man, when all of a sudden this big red truck pulled up behind me with his flashers going. The driver jumped out and stuck out his hand introducing himself; again I am sorry I forgot his name, anyways he told me he had heard on his radio that I was stopped here so he figured he would see if he could lend a hand. He asked me to pop the trunk and proceeded to jack up my car and remove the flat, I figured I should help if I could but after the wind blew my dress up what seemed like over my head, total embarrassment, your driver suggested I sit in his truck until he was finished rather than in my car that was balancing on a jack. After he was done and had stowed away my jack and flat he returned to his truck, he told me that my little spare was not made to drive on for too far or too fast and suggested I go as far as 100 Mile House and get it fixed in the morning. He gave me the number for a local tire shop and offered to follow me into town to make sure I made it ok. After we arrived in 100 Mile House and I prepared to turn into a Hotel he drove by and honked his horn, at this point I was able to get a number off his truck. I hope you can identify the driver by this and thank him again for me he was indeed my knight in shining armour and has restored my faith in my fellow man.”
